Bus reservations may be made by calling (413) 733-3800, faxing (413) 739-0276 or online at www.brightnights.org (link to page).
The Spirit of Springfield will be able to handle more than 100 buses nightly. Admission to "Bright Nights at Forest Park" is based upon vehicle capacity and not occupancy. The Mini-Bus rate is for vehicles with seating capacity of 17 to 30 and it is $70.00. A Full-Size Bus can accommodate 31 or more passengers. Admission for a vehicle with 31+ seating capacity is $150.00
Upon making a reservation, a non-refundable $25 deposit will be charged to a credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa). The balance will be due 21 days prior to the tour date. Checks are also accepted.
The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the $25 deposit. When the balance is received, tickets will be mailed.
For the safety of visitors and staff, the Spirit of Springfield and the Springfield Parks Division reserve the right to close "Bright Nights at Forest Park" for weather or circumstances not under their control. Closing will be at their sole discretion. Announcements will be broadcast on local radio and television stations. Every attempt will be made to reach the contact person using one or both of the telephone numbers provided.
Cancellation is typically determined by 12Noon, except under extreme circumstances. If closing is in question, contact the Spirit of Springfield at (413) 733-3800.
If "Bright Nights at Forest Park" closes or the reservation is cancelled due to weather-related issues, the reservation will be rescheduled for another date during the current season or a full refund will be issued.
