Vehicle registration number, state, make, model and color required with purchase
Must be firmly adhered to windshield on the driver’s side
Non-transferable from one vehicle to another as it is issued to vehicle registration
Valid only for passenger vehicles with seating capacity of a maximum of 10 people.
Not valid for bus, limousine, taxi, livery, commercial, trailer, auto home, semi-trailer, motorcycle, low-speed registrations and unregistered vehicles
Lost passes will not be replaced without proof of windshield replacement
Valid during Bright Nights at Forest Park 2025 hours of operation
